For PROPERTY OWNERS who are looking for an income from their investment in Spain, we provide RENTAL MANAGEMENT including bookings, property cleaning, key handover service, transport recommendations, etc.To become one of our clients and appear on our website, THERE IS NO ANNUAL COST TO YOU, only a 50 euro initial set up fee for the photographs, description, etc. Some "companies" or individuals will charge you up to 400 euro PER YEAR for this service and still get you no bookings. We earn our money from rental commission (which is lower than average per booking) so we have to actually WORK to earn money - not just make "promises" that do not materialise because "the weather is bad", "people have no money", "people are holidaying in Turkey instead"! |

To use our rental management, your property must within 30 minutes WALK of the beach, (b) have a communal pool and (c) be less than 5 years old OR be of exceptional quality. Ideally it will be amongst other “holiday homes” as opposed to a mainly Spanish residential area, have a nice outlook and it should have UK TV, particularly for the winter months or rainy days. Our rental management area is bounded by the beach side of the AP7 motorway to the west, La Veleta / El Paraiso to the north and Cabo Roig to the south (see map above). This covers the popular "European" areas of Orihuela Costa south of Torrevieja based around the best beaches at La Zenia and Playa Flamenca. From our base in La Florida, Orihuela Costa, we will never be more than 15 minutes drive from your rental property. We are providing a personalised service to our rental owners, many who have also become our friends through our working relationship. We take bookings with start and end dates on ANY day of the week and we need bookings to be on this basis to be able to satisfactorily handle the cleaning and key services for our owners. If you insist on the changeover day always being the same to maximise bookings, i.e. always Saturday to Saturday for example, we are unable to offer our services to you. We meet guests any time of the day or night to familiarise them with the property and the surrounding area as well as providing a comprehensive "house book" with contact numbers, maps, community rules, medical centres, etc. Best Rental Potential?? - A house (as opposed to an apartment), south facing balcony/solarium/garden, easy walking distance of the beach/bars/restaurants/taxi ranks/buses, UK TV, a swimming pool, solarium/garden with sunbeds and barbeque, 2 toilets/bathrooms, view overlooking pool, sea view, secure, high wall, locked gates area containing both the property and the pool, secure off-road parking, chairs/sunbeds to use by pool, small plastic chairs/light folding chairs for the beach, for sleeping 5 or 6 people, air conditioning (hot and cold), nearby sandy beach (as opposed to cliffs, rocky beach), no hills or steep inclines to and from the beach, in the suburb areas on the south side of Torrevieja (in Orihuela Costa). ALWAYS insist on references when seeking a rental management company - there are lots of "cowboy" operators who will put people in your property without telling you, OR PAYING YOU! Advertising without Rental Management Due to the number of requests that we were receiving about advertising with us, but with all enquiries, cleaning, key services, etc, being handled direct by owner, we decided to set up a separate website in 2007. The only requirement is that properties must be within an hours drive of Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa as we still want to be associated with this area, not the whole of Spain. This service could also be used for rentals that do not meet our rental management parameters of walking to the beach, having a pool and being less than 5 years old. We link to your own website if required and can provide either a calendar service or a link to another calendar service. We would be providing you with a shop window to the world where you can direct any prospective clients that you also obtain yourselves. The cost is 50 euro or £40 per property for 12 months advertising – there is no commission charge per booking. If required, we will maintain a calendar for you free of charge. You send us date changes by email, and we update the calendar. Alternatively, we will provide a free link to your own calendar facility that you update yourself.
