Your can book your rental property by:

• confirming acceptance of an Enquiry Form that you have already received from us. Please give us your name, the date of the quotation and the property number.

• BOOKING IMMEDIATELY by completing the BOOKING FORM BELOW. Important: you MUST provide your email address in the form below or else we cannot reply to you.

• phone detailing all of the information that we need. Telephone 0034 965 327850.

Please note that we only do short term holiday lets in all our properties (maximum 8 weeks).

Bookings are accepted with the following CONDITIONS:

• When there is a same-day changeover between 2 rental parties, or if the next party is coming in early the following day, we operate the policy of " vacate by 12.00 noon and into property after 16.00 pm ".

• At least one member of the party must be over 21 years of age and their name and address must be provided as the lead member of the booking. We may ask for details of the guests during the enquiry including ages and sex. Passport or identity card verification may be required on arrival at the property before the keys are handed over.

• By making a booking with us, you are accepting that you will replace or pay for any breakages or damage caused in the property during the rental period and that the property will be left in good condition. On some bookings, and at ours and the owners discretion, we may require a damage deposit, particularly for groups with some being under 21 years of age.

• We provide one set of bedding per bed and one bath towel and one hand towel per person, irrespective of the length of the stay. All properties have washing and drying facilities. Please bring extra towels if required.

• Beach/pool towels are not provided – please bring your own.

• Bottled gas refills for a gas fire, if applicable, are not included.

• No animals are allowed under any circumstances and a booking deposit, if applicable, would be non refundable and property keys would not be handled over.

• You will also need to advise us as soon as possible of all inboard and outboard flight details as we need to determine times for changeovers and cleaning and key handover as appropriate.

Please note that we are unable to accept payment in Travellers Cheques or Credit Cards.

I.V.A at 16% is included where appropriate.

We deal only with the end user, not rental agents acting on behalf of others.
