Bookings are accepted with the following CONDITIONS:

  • By making a booking with us, you are accepting that you will replace or pay for any breakages or damage caused in the property during the rental period and that the property will be left in good condition.

  • Please note that when there is a same-day changeover between 2 rental parties, we operate the policy of "vacate by 12 noon and into property after 4 pm".

  • At least one member of the party should be over 21 years of age and their name and address must be provided as the lead member of the booking.

  • We provide one set of bedding per bed and one bath towel and one hand towel per person, irrespective of the length of the stay. All properties have washing and drying facilities. Please bring extra towels if required.

  • Beach towels are not provided – please bring your own.

  • Bottled gas refills for a gas fire, if applicable, are not included.

You will also need to advise us as soon as possible of all inboard and outboard flight details as we need to determine times for changeovers and cleaning and key handover as appropriate.

Please note that we are unable to accept payment in Travellers Cheques or Credit Cards.

I.V.A at 16% is included where appropriate.

* If you get an error message when submitting the form, it is probable that you have Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall installed on your PC, or similar equivalent. This is used to check that the script is not being used for spamming purposes. It can block information requested from the form script above being passed by your browser and an error message is given.
The solution is to (a) temporarily disable the firewall software, resubmit the form, and then re-enable the firewall (b) set the Norton firewall to pass referrer information to your site or (c) use our alternative enquiry page for sending the information by email.

Although we endeavor to keep the properties on this website up to date as far as is practical, we cannot guarantee that any specific property will still be available at the time that you make an enquiry. Please note that the majority of descriptions have been provided by the owners, or on behalf of the owners with their verification, and therefore justspanishrental.com are unable to accept any responsibility for any reasons due to inaccurate or misleading descriptions. We assume that all facilities described for each property are available at all times but justspanishrental.com are unable to accept any responsibility for any reasons due to the non availability of facilities during any renting period. However, if a mains service (water, electricity) becomes non-available during a renting period due to factors beyond the control of the persons renting the property i.e. not self inflicted due to misuse), we will attempt to relocate the persons affected to a similar, but not higher, standard of accommodation as close as is reasonably possible/practical to the affected property at no additional cost but excluding any compensation for any reasons. Please note that the usable times of the year for communal pool does vary dependent on the Community of Owners requirements and therefore we are unable to guarantee that a pool is fully usable regards chemical treatment or water level at any particular time of the year. All pool have opening and closing times and some pool are not available during the afternoon siesta period. By Spanish law, pool have rules and conditions of use (displayed on a notice board in the pool area) which must be obeyed. We accept no responsibility if renters are expelled from pool areas by community representatives due to disobeying the rules. All pool are not heated unless stated otherwise.
