The apartment is lovely inside and out, very clean and the decor is nice. Straight out onto a balcony on ground level (R005) where we can see the pool and keep an eye on our three boys. The area is great for any age, for either a quiet holiday lounging round the pool or going further a field to the many things to do locally. All in all cbSPAIN.com provide a great holiday experience from when you book. Beaucoup de commerce autour de la résidence, du beau temps sur la durée du séjour".

Nous avons passé près de trois semaines dans cette résidence, où nous avons eu un très bon accueil, chaleureux. L'appartement était spacieux, propre et bien agencé, l'accès à la piscine très libre et pratique, la piscine nettoyée. De nombreux commerces et restaurants ouverts tous les jours de la semaine, à proximité de la résidence, le tout dans une région très agréable et ensoleillée". They booked again for 2008 in R024!

Nous avons connu le site de « cbspain » par hasard alors que nous surfions sur internet à la recherche d’une location pour les vacances d’été 2007.
Nous avons été séduit par la convivialité du site, présentation détaillée de chaque propriété : descriptif, photos, prix, disponibilité. Le tout en quelques clics. Sont également disponible une mine d’informations complémentaires (situation géographique, plans d’accès, moyen d’accès, plans des commerces , environnement, curiosités touristiques, …).
Pour la réservation, bien que le site soit en anglais, la mise en place d’un lien de traduction nous a permis de communiquer dans nos langues respectives.
Nous avons trouver que le montant de l’acompte de réservation était raisonnable et nous avons pensé que c’était un gage de sérieux.
Nous avons été enchanté de notre séjour. La propriété que nous avions choisi était exactement comme présenté sur les photos. A l’intérieur, tout le confort et les équipements nécessaires comme à la maison. Tout était propre.
La piscine à quelques pas de la maison a été apprécié par toute la famille.
Un excellent rapport qualité prix, nous a permis de profiter de ces vacances sans restriction ce qui est très appréciable.
De plus l’accueil qui nous a été réservé à l’arrivée comme au départ était extrêmement sympatique.
Nous pensons faire une nouvelle réservation pour 2008 et vous recommandons vivement ce site".

Stéphanie Sirot family from France stayed in R005 in La Florida and says: "Le séjour à Orihuela a été vraiment super ; nous avions l'habitude d'aller en vacances en France et depuis l'année dernière, nous ne voulons plus aller en France ! A Orihuela, il fait toujours beau, chaud, tout est à proximité de la résidence (nous étions au R005). Ayant eu quelques soucis avec notre voiture, nous avons aprécié de pouvoir aller à pied au restaurant, au supermarché, car tout est à côté. La piscine est très pratique aussi du fait que nous pouvions laisser les enfants y aller et rester sur la terrasse pour les surveiller. Toutes les entrées de l'extérieur sont vérouillées, ce qui permet de ne pas avoir d'inconnus qui entrent à la piscine ou l'appartement. C'est vraiment l'idéal. Un "plus" : les appartement sont tellement bien orientés que le matin, la piscine est au soleil, et l'après-midi, lorsqu'il fait trop chaud, elle est à l'ombre. Inutile de prendre un pull, un gilet ou un parapluie, ce serait s'encombrer pour rien ! Keith et Jan sont sur place et toujours à l'écoute, ce qui est apréciable. Ils sont vraiment accueillants et sympathiques. N'hésitez pas si vous cherchez une location de qualité".
Florine Gervy and friends from France stayed in R038 in Punta Prima and says: "Tout était réuni pour passer des vacances agréables. L'appartement etait très spacieux, très propre et nous avions une grande terrasse. La résidence disposait de 3 piscines très bien entretenues et d'un parking souterrain. C'etait même mieux que sur les photos!!! Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux et le propriétaire était adorable. Il était toujours pret à rendre service quelque soit notre demande (jour de marché, décalage de l'heure de départ...). Un excellent rapport qualité/prix!!!!

from France stayed in R026 in La Florida and says: "Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans cette villa louée in-extremis à un prix défiant toute concurrence! Ce qui m'a beaucoup plût, outre le cadre et la qualité de la location, c'est l'accueil chaleureux, la confiance et la simplicité de Keith.
Les enfants ont beaucoup profité de la superbe piscine collective et le solarium était bien agréable le soir pour prendre le frais.
Petit regret cependant: pas de bonne pâtisserie à proximité pour un bon petit déjeuner avec croissants et peu de vrais restaurants typiques espagnols! Mais les pubs proche du lotissement sont vraiment très sympa".
Mario Manhart from Italy stayed in R020 in Aquas Neuvas and says: "Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Stadtteil von Torrevieja. Zum nächstgelegenen Strand sind es ca. 500 Meter. Es gibt in der Nähe einen Supermarkt und einige Cafés. Die Wohnung ist neu und toll eingerichtet (Sat-TV, CD Radio, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher usw). Sie ist sehr sauber und durch die Terasse sehr praktisch fürs Essen im Freien. Das Auto kann man vor dem Appartment parken. Weiters gibt es hinter dem Haus einen öffentlichen pool – auch sehr praktisch. Die Übergabe der Wohnung durch den Eigentümer erfolgt sehr freundlich und informativ – man hat sofort das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Alles in allem ein wirklich ausgezeichnetes Preis–Leistung Verhältnis.

Við áttum frábærar 2 vikur í sumar, í íbúð sem við leigðum af Keith og Jan í gegnum vefsíðuna þeirra www.cbspain.com. Íbúðin sem við leigðum er í lokaðri íbúðarþyrpingu sem heitir Poniente sem er miðsvæðis í La Florida hverfinu, rétt utan við Torrevieja.
Íbúðin var einstaklega þægileg með loftkælingu, gervihnattarsjónvarpi og öllum þægindum. Lítil sundlaug er í miðjum garðinum sem er lokaður sem var mjög þægilegt fyrir okkur, fólk með lítil börn, við gátum setið útá svölum og fylgst með börnunum að leik í lauginni án þess að þurfa sífellt að yfirgefa íbúðina.
Íbúðin er á frábærum stað og það er stutt í alla þjónustu eins og t.d. kjörbúð.
Þjónustan sem Keith og Jan veittu okkur var til fyrirmyndar, verðið sanngjarnt og íbúðin frábær í alla staði. Það er óhætt að mæla með www.Cbspain.com fyrir alla sem eru að hugsa um sumarfrí á Spáni.

O Brien and family from Ireland says "My family and I first used the services of “cbspain” four years ago and we were so impressed with the friendly and helpful services provided that we have been back on three occasions since and have booked again for 2009. I tend not to drive on holidays and the properties we have stayed in have been very central and within walking distance to beaches, shops and swimming pools. All the properties have been very family friendly with lots of booklets and maps provided to help exploring the local area. The prompt reply to all pre booking queries and the ease of use of the web site is a refreshing change to the “Your queries will be answered in due course“ answer that you get from some holiday providers. The properties offered provided great value for money and such a wide range to suit all types.
Jacinta and Michael Coleman from Ireland stayed in R018 and says: "Our family holiday was booked entirely on-line. The system allowed us to view the property very well, with a no-hassle booking system. The house was great (RO18), all you could need for a family holiday and the directions given even impressed our taxi driver from the airport. We were met with a friendly face and shown all the house had to offer (it even came with guide book). The property was central although car hire is advisable. We have no problem recommending not only the house but the booking system which was very accurate and the people behind it, Keith and Jan."
Derek & Lisa O'Hanlon from Ireland stayed in R012 and says" In September 2008, we booked a one week holiday through
www. cbSPAIN.com. The web site was very informative and user friendly. My
enquiry was answered in full within 1 hour and we felt so confident that we
booked immediately. The best thing for us was that it was worked totally
on a trust basis and no money changed hands until we arrived at our
accommodation. On arrival we were met by Keith, who was very friendly and competent, and our
house was very clean and& comfortable, housed within a secure private area
in Cabo Roig close to all amenities but quiet at night time with no
through traffic. We were supplied with a very detailed brochure advising
us of all local restaurants, shops, taxi and bus services, also all emergency
numbers we might need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and came away
very satisfied with the whole experience as this was our first time
booking without a travel agent - package holidays are now a thing of the
past for us. I would highly recommend this type of booking for the
future. We hope to return next year for two weeks.
Leoniek & Roel Wijngaards from the Netherlans stayed in R038 and says: "We hebben het ontzettend naar ons zin gehad in het appartement dat we gehuurd hadden bij Keith en Jan. Echt een mooi appartement, dicht bij zee, alles werkte perfect en alles was schoon. Uitgebreide informatie-map erbij met allerlei info over omgeving. We vonden het ook ideaal dat we niet vooraf via internet hoefden te betalen, maar dat in Spanje konden doen. Boeken gaat gewoon via email, heel snel, binnen een dag was het geregeld. Nadat we onze gehuurde auto hadden opgehaald op het vliegveld gebeld met Keith en toen stond hij ons op te wachten bij het appartement, ik vond het echt helemaal ideaal. Zeker een aanrader!
