Winter sun propertiesDuring the winter months, when the sun is low in the sky, we indicate which properties get the most sunshine on balconies or gardens due to being mainly south facing and with no obstructions in front such as other tall buildings. Alternatively, they have a roof solarium. Some properties may not be suitable for less able people due to stairs or spiral staircases. |
