In a modern urbanisation at the north end of the town. East facing. 2.5 km to town centre. Less than 1 km or 15 minutes walk to the cliffs. 1.5 km or 20 min walk to a small beach. 10 minute walk to the supermarket or main bus service which goes to nearby beaches (Playa Los Locos, La Mata, etc) and Torrevieja town centre.

Large roof solarium accessible from stairs within property. 4 sunbeds.
Security gates on patio and solarium.
Communal pool behind apartment (approx 50 m).
Off-road parking bay and parking in road outside.

Children allowed, no pets allowed.
Access for elderly / disabled / wheelchair users – front door on first floor level, no lift. Entire apartment on one level. Solarium on second level via internal stairs. Therefore suitable for elderly people with no walking problems but not for disabled or wheelchair users.
Beach towels not included.
The owner does not have a barbeque although there is a solarium where one could be used. You could buy a small disposable tin tray type barbeque or manual coal type barbeque on legs (less than 20 euro) if necessary.

DESCRIPTION OF THE LOCAL AREA

5 minutes walk to a Mercadona supermarket.

10 minutes walk to cafes, bars and other facilities on the main coast road and to the bus stop into Torrevieja town centre via the coast road. Other bus stops around the area for different bus lines into Torrevieja.

15 minutes walk to a very small, generally quiet sandy cove with lots of rock pools for kids fishing - you need sandals in the water though as it is rocky.

Blue flag beaches are La Mata beach (2500 metres long) at 30 to 40 minute walk and Playa de Locos beach (780 metres long) at 30 minute walk (or catch the bus).

15 minutes walk to two commercial centres with a food store, bars and restaurants.

20 minutes walk to several commercial centres with a selection of supermarkets, bars and restaurants on the main Alicante road into Torrevieja.

30 minutes walk to the Aquapark, Carrefour and the Habernas shopping centre.

It is a 15 minutes drive to golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas.
