Children allowed, no pets allowed. No smoking inside the house.
Access for elderly / disabled / wheelchair users – 3 steps up to property front door area. Internal layout over 2 floors plus solarium on third floor. No bedrooms on ground floor. Therefore suitable for elderly people with no walking problems but not for disabled or wheelchair users.
Beach towels not included.
The owner does not have a barbeque although there is a garden where one could be used. You could buy a small disposable tin tray type barbeque or manual coal type barbeque on legs (less than 20 euro) if necessary.

Bus service between urbanisations and the beach.

DESCRIPTION OF THE LOCAL AREA

La Cinuelica is less than a 10 minutes drive south of Torrevieja. It has a very multi-cultural feel as many people from other countries now live in this area and actually outnumber the Spaniards! This area is a favourite for British and Irish ex-pats. Consequently, the shops, bars and restaurants in this area originate from many nationalities to provide food to suit all tastes - from the native Spanish to Italian, French, German, Chinese, Indian, Korean, Scandinavian, Argentinean, Hungarian, Mexican cuisine, etc.

300 metres to 2 large commercial units nearing completion (summer 2008).

500 metres to large modern Mercadona supermarket and 1 km to bars, restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets (Aldi, Masymas, Carrefour), etc, along the N332 main coast road. The main bus route into Torrevieja (Line F) goes from the Punta Prima roundabout.

15 minutes walk from the renowned Irish pub the Abbey Tavern (www.theabbeytavern.com) and other facilities in the La Florida commercial area (supermarket, bars, Chinese and other restaurants, bank, car hire, hairdressers, etc) and the Emerald Isle Irish entertainment centre.

15 minutes walk from the Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre with the Lansdowne bar, Rosie O'Grady's, the Blues Brothers, Divas Indian restaurant, Spud Murphies and 3 floors of bars and restaurants. Nearby are familiar supermarkets such as Lidl and Supercor - the "Harrods" food hall of Spain.

There is a popular market on every Saturday morning in a wide road in nearby Playa Flamenca - within walking distance.

Nearby bus service into Torrevieja town or various taxi ranks throughout the area.

Less than 1 km (15 minutes walk) to the beach. Along this part of the coastline, it is a mixture of sandy coves and rocky areas (ideal for rock pools). There is a wide promenade at Punta Prima which is currently being extended along the coastline. Past Punta Prima (5 minutes drive) are the EU Blue Flag beaches of Playa Flamenca and La Zenia, with vast expanses of golden sands and there are jet-ski's, a banana boat and pedalo's in the summer months, as well as the usual "bars on the beach".

5 minutes drive, or 5 km to Torrevieja town centre, marina, harbour, Carrefour, Habernas shopping centre (H&M, C&A, Zara, etc), McDonalds, ten pin bowling, casino, etc.

It is only a 10 minutes drive to golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas.
