Children allowed, no pets allowed.
Access for elderly / disabled / wheelchair users – front door at ground level (only threshold step). Internal layout over 2 floors with 2 bedrooms and bathroom on ground floor. Solarium on first floor level via internal stairs.  Therefore suitable for elderly people, disabled or small wheelchair users.
Beach towels not included.

DESCRIPTION OF THE LOCAL AREA

Playa Flamenca is less than a 10 minutes drive south of Torrevieja. It has a very multi-cultural feel as many people from other countries now live in this area and actually outnumber the Spaniards! This area is a favourite for British and Irish ex-pats. Consequently, the shops, bars and restaurants in this area originate from many nationalities to provide food to suit all tastes - from the native Spanish to Italian, French, German, Chinese, Indian, Korean, Scandinavian, Argentinean, Hungarian, Mexican cuisine, etc.

Only 200 metres to the well known Flamenca Beach Commercial centre (largest in South Costa Blanca) with the Lansdowne bar, Rosie O'Grady's, the Blues Brothers, Divas Indian restaurant, Spud Murphies and 3 floors of bars and restaurants. Adjacent to that centre is the new Supercor supermarket - the "Harrods" food hall of Spain - banks, etc. Nearby are the Mercadona, Lidl and Carrefour supermarkets (Playa de Orihuela); smaller version of the hypermarket in Torrevieja. Nearby go-kart track for all ages (3 circuits).

Within 15 minutes walk of the Celtic Isle Irish entertainment centre with own swimming pool, bars and restaurant and also the popular Saturday morning market.

Within 20 minutes walk 20 minutes walk from Via Park 1, Via Park 2 commercial centres.

Less than 1 km (15 minutes walk) to the beach at Playa Flamenca. The EU Blue Flag beaches at Playa Flamenca and La Zenia have vast expanses of golden sands and there are jet-ski's, a banana boat and pedalo's in the summer months, as well as the usual "bars on the beach".

Nearby bus service into Torrevieja town or various taxi ranks throughout the area.

10 minutes drive, or 6 km to Torrevieja town centre, marina, harbour, Carrefour, Habernas shopping centre (H&M, C&A, Zara, etc), McDonalds, ten pin bowling, casino, etc.

It is only a 10 minutes drive to golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas.
