Bedroom 1 on first floor with double bed and outside door to small balcony. Built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets.
Bedroom 2 on first floor with twin beds, built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets. .
First floor Bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and bidet, wash hand basin, mirror.
Bedroom 3 on second floor with twin beds, built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets.
Second floor solarium accessed from internal stairs. Patio table and 4 chairs.
Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge.
Tiled front garden area with large patio table and 6 chairs, barbeque unit.
Front door, rear door, main bedroom terrace door, solarium door security gates. Grilles on windows.
4 electric heaters.
Large communal pool on the clifftop 100 metres away, accessed via private walkway. Cliff top / promenade is 150 metres away.
In a private road/path (single width).
Parking available in adjacent public road.

Children allowed, no pets allowed.
Access for elderly / disabled / wheelchair users – front door at ground level. Internal layout over 3 floors. No bedrooms on ground floor. Toilet plus shower tray on ground floor. Therefore suitable for elderly people with no walking problems but not for disabled or wheelchair users.
Beach towels not provided.
The owner does not have a barbeque although there is a garden - solarium where one could be used. You could buy a small disposable tin tray type barbeque or manual coal type barbeque on legs (less than 20 euro) if necessary.

DESCRIPTION OF THE LOCAL AREA

Cabo Roig is in the area of Orihuela Costa, is 10 minutes drive south of Torrevieja and is on the a main bus and taxi route. It has a very multi-cultural feel as many people from other countries now live in this area and actually outnumber the Spaniards! This area is a favourite for British and Irish ex-pats. Consequently, the shops, bars and restaurants in this area originate from many nationalities to provide food to suit all tastes - from the native Spanish to Italian, French, German, Chinese, Indian, Korean, Scandinavian, Argentinean, Hungarian, Mexican cuisine, etc.

The complex is in a small private road leading to the cliffs and is behind a large commercial area called the "strip" with numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc, behind the main coast road, the N332. Around 100 metres to the nearest bars and restaurants!

Less than 150 metres to the cliffs at Cabo Roig. 10 minute walk (via steep incline) to the sandy beaches of Aguamarina. Further adjacent EU Blue Flag beaches, all just a few minutes apart by car, include Cala Capitan, Cala Caleta, Cala Bosque.

Less than 2 km or about 20 minutes walk to the nearby EU Blue Flag beaches at Playa Flamenca and La Zenia, which have vast expanses of golden sands and there are jet-ski's, a banana boat and pedalo's in the summer months, as well as the usual "bars on the beach".

Close by is the Orihuela Costa Resort, where there is a magnificent pool with large sunbathing terrace and loungers, extensive lawn area, tennis courts, basket ball area and gymnasium - available for a small charge - and pool bar and restaurant.

30 minutes walk (or 5 minutes by car) to the Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre, the largest in the area, with about 60 bars and restaurants and nearby are familiar supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi and Supercor - the "Harrods" food hall of Spain. There is a popular market on every Saturday morning in a wide road in Playa Flamenca.

10 minutes drive, or 8 km to Torrevieja town centre, marina, harbour, Carrefour, Habernas shopping centre (H&M, C&A, Zara, etc), McDonalds, ten pin bowling, casino, etc.

Less than 10 minutes drive to the golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas.
