North facing. 15 minutes walk to the beach / harbour. 5 minutes walk to main bus station. 20 minute walk to Carrefour, Habernas shopping centre (H&M, C&A, Zara, etc), McDonalds, ten pin bowling, casino, etc. In the centre of one of the largest street markets in Spain (on a Friday). Car not necessary.

Lounge/dining/kitchen area with terrace overlooking communal pool. UK TV and other channels,radio and wifi. 1 bedroom with double bed. Hot/cold air conditioning unit in lounge. Sofabed in lounge - minimal room in lounge once bed assembled. Ceiling fans. Bathroom. Communal roof terrace. Parking in road outside (except Thursday night and Friday). Not suitable for 5 adults; preferably 2 adults and 3 small children.

Bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and bidet, wash hand basin, mirror.
Hot/cold air conditioning unit in lounge.

Communal roof terrace.
Public childrens play area / park next door.
Please note that this property is in the centre of the Friday market area. It is not possible to park in the road outside the property from Thursday evening onwards - your car will be removed by the Police. It is also not possible to leave or enter the underground parking before about 18.00 on a Friday afternoon. Alternative is to park two streets behind the apartment. The apartment is accessible by walking during Friday until the road reopens about 18.00. Therefore not recommended for Friday daytime arrival or departure with luggage.
Suitable for 4 adults but not 5 adults due to limited room in lounge. a 5 persons party would preferably be 2 adults and 3 children.

Children allowed, no pets allowed.
Access for elderly / disabled / wheelchair users – large step up into building foyer, 6 steps up to front door level. Entire apartment on one level. Therefore suitable for elderly people with no walking problems and possibly for disabled or narrow wheelchair users if steps can be negotiated.
Beach towels not provided.
Unfortunately it is not possible to have a barbeque at the property because of community rules or because it could spoil the appearance of the building from the smoke.

Large garage with 24 hour shop 5 minute walk away. Large modern supermarket 3 minutes walk away.
Various bars and restaurants in the roads around the complex.
5 minutes walk to main bus station.
Less than 1 km or 15 minutes walk to the beach / harbour.
20 minutes walk to the Aquapark, Carrefour and the Habernas shopping centre (H&M, C&A, Zara, etc), McDonalds, ten pin bowling, casino, etc.
15 minutes drive to golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas.
