An older style of property in a predominantly Spanish area on the southern outskirts of Torrevieja. North East facing. 50 metres or ONE minute walk to the beach. 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Torrevieja town centre. 3 km to town centre, marina, cinema, bowling, etc.

Lounge/dining area, Spanish station LCD TV, DVD player, CD/tape/radio unit. 2 bedrooms, both with twin beds. Through style kitchen to solarium door/stairs. Bathroom. Terrace with extendable canopies. No communal pool but 500 metres to Public Pool (open June to September). Various portable fans and electric heaters.

Terrace with extendable canopies, patio table and 4 chairs, trolley, barbeque. Facing into the communal area.
Private solarium via external stairs with 4 sunbeds, table and 4 chairs. parasol and base. Wall airer. 2 small chairs for beach.
Various portable fans and heaters.
Security via window bars, window blinds, front and rear security gates. Lockable gate on outside stairs up to front door.
Parking in roads around the complex, on the main beach road. Can be busy in peak season.

Children allowed, no pets allowed.
Access for elderly / disabled / wheelchair users – front door on second floor level, no lift. Solarium via outside stairs. Therefore not suitable for elderly people with walking problems and not for disabled or wheelchair users.
Beach towels not included.

DESCRIPTION OF THE LOCAL AREA

1 minute walk to the sea (rocky coastline) and a few minutes walk to Calle Ferris, a nearby sandy cove with palm trees.

A few minute walks from various small bars, restaurants, small shop, etc. Some are shut out of season.

10 minutes walk (500 metres) from a Public open air swimming pool and bar, open June to September. Small entry fee.

10 minute walk from main bus route into town and hence to the marina, promenade, harbour fun fair, nightly craft market or to the outskirts where you will find Carrefour hypermarket, Habernas shopping centre (H&M, C&A, Zara, Bershka, etc), McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, ten pin bowling, amusement arcade, casino, etc.

20 minutes walk (or 5 minutes by car) to the start of the "European" area at Punta Prima with numerous bars and restaurants of different nationalities, supermarkets such as Aldi, Champion and after 2 more minutes drive, the Flamenca Beach Commercial Centre, the largest in the area with about 60 bars and restaurants, Lidl and Supercor supermarkets and the go-kart track. There is a popular market on every Saturday morning in a wide road in Playa Flamenca.

In the direction of Torrevieja, 15 minutes walk (or 2 minutes by car) to the EU Blue Flag beaches of Playa de Los Naufragos followed by Playa del Acequion. Water sports and diving pontoon in the summer months plus the usual "bars on the beach".

30 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Torrevieja town centre.

In the opposite direction from Torrevieja, into the "European" area known as Orihuela Costa, 30 to 40 minutes walk (or 5 minutes by car) to the EU Blue Flag beaches at Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. They have vast expanses of golden sands and there are jet-ski's, a banana boat and pedalo's in the summer months, as well as the usual "bars on the beach".
