Acceptance

Booking
of a rental by a person will be regarded as an acceptance of our T&C's.
Liability
cbSPAIN.COM is not liable for any accidents or claims that may occur when
staying and travelling to and from the owner's property. Taking out travel/accident
insurance will be the responsibility of the person making the booking.
cbSPAIN.COM will not be liable for breakage's or any damage incurred to
a property and its contents while being occupied.
cbSPAIN.COM cannot be held responsible for any lost rental revenue that
may arise when using our website and we cannot guarantee you rentals.
cbSPAIN.COM will not be liable for any damage that may occur to computer
equipment through downloading information or receiving emails either direct
from the owners or cbSPAIN.COM or persons making rental bookings or enquiries.
cbSPAIN.COM will not be liable to any taxes or other government costs
that are required, by law, to be paid by the property owner.
Descriptive
Text And Photographs
cbSPAIN.COM
will not be liable for any copyright infringements in regard to photos/text
for use on owners rental adverts. Should any arise the owner will indemnify
cbSPAIN.COM against any claims or costs.
cbSPAIN.COM will not be liable for any errors in the owners advert. The
majority of descriptions have been provided by the owners, or on behalf
of the owners with their verification, and therefore cbSPAIN.COM are unable to accept any responsibility for any reasons due to inaccurate
or misleading descriptions.
cbSPAIN.COM will exercise the right to change any text or photographs
that are deemed unnecessary or not true to there word and will not accept
any liability of lost rental income or damages if that occurs.
Advertising
When
advertising, the owner should be aware of the long established trade descriptions
and consumer protection acts.
An owner has the right to discontinue their advert if they wish to. cbSPAIN.COM
would request this by email, phone or letter.
cbSPAIN.COM has the right to discontinue an advert if we wish to, for
whatever reason, without compensation or redress. cbSPAIN.COM would confirm
this action has been taken by email, phone or letter.
Complaints
In
the event of a justified complaint about a rental/property, cbSPAIN.COM
will treat it in a professional manner and after due consideration make
the decision to amend or delete the rental advert from our website.
Should they arise, the owner will deal directly with the complainer and
discuss any disputes/issues themselves, cbSPAIN.COM will endeavour to
help but cannot be held liable for any compensation or expenses that the
owner or complainer incurs from the result of a complaint.
If cbSPAIN.COM take the decision to delete the advert based on a proven
complaint no refunds or compensation will be given to the owner.
Disclaimer
cbSPAIN.COM is a web based Company that has been set up to advertise
property owners holiday accommodation for rental purposes.
Although we has been careful in preparing information of the property
for our site, we will not be held liable for any errors based on the descriptions,
photographs, or claims and misunderstandings that may arise when booking
and staying in the owners property.

However, if a mains service (water, electricity) becomes non-available during a renting period due to factors beyond the control of the persons renting the property i.e. not self inflicted due to misuse), we will attempt to relocate the persons affected to a similar, but not higher, standard of accommodation as close as is reasonably possible/practical to the affected property at no additional cost but excluding any compensation for any reasons.
