Be aware that many property SALES companies have changed to RENTING because property is not selling here and the days of a "quick buck" have ended. They may offer you sub-standard properties at low prices and would not give you the high standard of service and facilities that we do. They are NOT concerned with repeat bookings and customer satisfaction, just surviving.

Although package tour companies using hotels frequently reduce their prices because of poor sales, booking a property, flight and local transport INDIVIDUALLY on the internet still represents the best value.

Compared to a hotel, you get much more space, equipment for cooking if necessary, a fridge for the beer and useful equipment such as a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, etc. A "home from home".

We have rental properties in Aguas Neuvas, Cabo Roig, El Paraiso, Horizonte, Las Chismosa, La Florida, La Zenia, Los Altos including La Cinuelica, Los Balcones, Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, Torrevieja Town, Mar Azul. All our holiday homes are accessible from Alicante (El Altet) airport in the north or Murcia airport (San Javier) in the south.

We operate in TORREVIEJA and ORIHUELA COSTA.
Although in 2 separate municipalities (counties), they are seamlessly joined together as one. It could be compared to Brighton and Hove or Bournemouth and Boscombe in England.

TORREVIEJA is the original fishing village enlarged to 100,000 people now. Torrevieja is a typical Spanish town of narrow roads, mainly apartment blocks with shops at the ground floor level and villas in the suburbs. Although there are two main roads through the centre past the Cathedral, most of the modern shopping centres and entertainment areas are on the outskirts of town. A number of Spanish owned bars and restaurants close between November and March because this is when the Spanish bar workers have their holidays and it is not worth opening if fewer people are around because the weather is not so good. The Cathedral, promenade and marina area is very attractive.

The suburb area of ORIHUELA COSTA is where most Europeans live including ourselves, mainly in houses or low rise complexes. It stretches from Punta Prima (on the south side of Torrevieja), through Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Playa de Campoamor to Mil Palmeras. This Costa Blanca coastline, which seamlessly merges with Torrevieja, offers sandy beaches and bays, many of them flying the coveted European Blue Flag for outstanding quality and facilities. We also have go- karts, jet ski’s, pedalo’s, lots of British and Irish bars, restaurants of many nationalities, swimming pool that are open all day, etc. Around 70% of our bookings, particularly repeat bookings, are for this area. With youngsters, it’s a good area to meet other children from Britain rather than trying to mix with mainly Spanish children. And you don’t need to speak Spanish where we live!

Activities throughout the whole area include golfing, bird watching, fishing, angling, habernas, aquapark, vision submarina, craft market, hot air balloon, laser games, quad bikes, safari park, scuba diving, ten pin bowling, theme parks, etc. And we have McDonalds, Burger King and Kentucky Fried Chicken to suit the children!! Many beaches in the area have been awarded the EC's "Blue Flag" status.

This is the COAST OF ORIHUELA. The CITY of Orihuela is about 40 kilometres inland so do not get confused with the two. We have known visitors to arrive in the city and then wonder where the sea is !!.

In this area, you are also within 20 minutes drive of the Mar Menor, which is famous for its natural mud baths with are said to have curative properties for conditions such as arthritis and skin complaints.

This area is on the Costa Calida, which means 'the Hot Coast' in Spanish.

The Mar Menor is the largest coastal seawater lagoon in Europe, with the result that its waters are noticeably warmer than those of the Mediterranean.

During the winter months, when the sun is low in the sky, we have indicated which rental properties get the most sunshine on balconies and in gardens due to being mainly south facing and with no obstructions in front such as other tall buildings. Alternatively, they have a roof solarium. Very popular with our friends from Iceland and Northern Europe!!

Please note that some rental properties may not be suitable for less able people due to stairs or spiral staircases to solariums or where properties do not have a lift.
