Jan and Keith Musselwhite, both from professional career backgrounds, moved to Spain from the UK in 2003 to seek a better quality of life in the sun. Spanish Registered, all enquiries and bookings are handled personally to ensure that you receive the attention that you expect. Besides providing quality accommodation to holiday visitors, our clients are also those who have bought properties themselves but need somewhere to rent until their own "home in the sun" is ready. Some then give us their properties to look after, whether on a rental or non-rental basis (if within our areas), confident that we are not one of the "cowboy" rental management companies that put people in the properties without telling the owners or paying the owners - not as uncommon as you might think! Would you give your house keys to a stranger in the UK?
With our other sources of European advertising, our rental owners with properties in the popular areas also obtain a good number of bookings - our calendars being the proof of our success. We specialise in local rentals only. ALL of our rental owners are known to us personally. We don't deal with properties that we have not inspected personally to ensure that they are to our preferred standards.
We also don't sell property - we are too honest!

We have been using the services of Keith and Jan since early 2003 having purchased an apartment in Cabo Roig. One of our early anxieties of making such a purchase was how we could find somebody reliable and honest that we could entrust to have access to our apartment while we are at home in England. They were recommended to us by a property sales agent and we have since become to know Keith and Jan well. They have acted as our link to our apartment ever since.
Our property is very professionally marketed for rental on their website but the personal service given by them both is what we find most comforting. They clean, tidy and launder after each of our guests departure giving outstanding quality. They are flexible and have been able to accommodate our needs on even the fastest of customer changeovers without any concern.
Owning any property is going to involve unexpected maintenance problems. A problem for us was how could we arrange repairs from England by someone that was not going to 'rip us off' and repair to a required standard. We have encountered several such problems in our first year. Keith and Jan have been able solve all of them, on two occasions, turning out when ceiling fans have broken, almost instantly ensuring that they are replaced for our guests comfort. Having this service only a phone call away gives great peace of mind.

We have been letting our house for more than five years. At the beginning, we let our house ourselves, just to friends and family.
Due to the distance of 1240 miles from our home in the Netherlands to Spain, we needed to find someone to do the practical things such as meeting the rentals, key handover, key collecting, etc, and making sure that the house is clean before the arrival of the next guests and last, but not least, for someone to be "available" if necessary for the guests.
Last year it was proved absolutely that this was necessary when we had a problem with the payment to the community for guests to use the swimming pool and also with the direct debit payment from the bank to the electricity company. We were mistaken with the amount of money that we had available in our Spanish bank account but our people on site sorted this out.
We needed someone who we could rely on and we are lucky to have found Keith and his wife with whom we have been working with for more than two years. |
